I've stood exactly where you are now—feeling frozen, trapped in endless tasks, and suppressing my emotions because there simply wasn't time or space for them. Then, like a whisper in the night, those unprocessed traumas and emotions flared up forcing me to stop when my body shut down completely.
In that stillness, I crafted my 3-step framework—a lifeline that guided me through grief, trauma, and the patterns that kept me stuck. It led me back to my spiritual flow, to well-being, and most importantly, come home to myself.
